Food Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at Golden City Days 2025!

Golden City Days is a fun-filled community celebration held in Rossland, BC. Our vendor area is located on 3rd Avenue near Rossland City Hall, with food vendors being a key part of the festivities. Please read the information below carefully before completing the application form.


Vendor Expectations

  • All vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, garbage bins/bags, and other necessary equipment.
  • Vendors must maintain a clean and tidy area throughout the event and are expected to follow the event's setup and tear-down schedule.
  • Power is not guaranteed. If you can provide your own generator, please indicate this in the application form.
  • Vendors must comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
    • Food Safe Certification must be held and displayed by all required staff.
    • A Temporary Food Permit must be displayed if applicable, and a copy must be submitted with your application.
  • Upon arrival, vendors will be directed to their assigned location by Golden City Days Committee volunteers.

Event Schedule

Friday, September 5 (Day 1)

  • Setup: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
    All vendor vehicles must be moved from the spectator area by 4:30 PM.
  • Sales: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM


Saturday, September 6 (Day 2)

  • Setup: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
    All vendor vehicles must be moved from the spectator area by 9:30 AM.
  • Sales: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tear-down: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

This is an application form. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed by the Golden City Days Committee. Approved vendors will be contacted and invoiced for the $40 vendor fee.
