Non-Food Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Golden City Days 2025!

Golden City Days is a vibrant community event in the heart of Rossland, BC. Our vendor area is located on 3rd Avenue near Rossland City Hall, and we're excited to welcome a wide variety of artisan, retail, and community vendors to be part of the celebration.


Vendor Expectations

  • All vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, and garbage bins/bags.
  • Vendors must keep their area clean and tidy throughout the day and follow the setup and tear-down timelines outlined below.
  • Power is not guaranteed. If you can provide your own generator, please let us know in the application form.
  • Vendors will be directed to their assigned space by Golden City Days Committee volunteers upon arrival.
     

Event Schedule

Saturday, September 6

  • Setup: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
    All vendor vehicles must be moved from the spectator area by 9:30 AM.
  • Sales: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tear-down: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Vendor Fee & Payment

A non-refundable $10.00 vendor fee per space is required to help cover advertising and event planning costs. Approved vendors will be contacted and invoiced following application review.

Payment can be made by e-transfer to goldencitydays@gmail.com.


Please note: The fee is non-refundable if you cancel within two weeks of the event.

This is an application form. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed by the Golden City Days Committee, and space is limited. The Committee reserves the right to decline vendor applications.
